STRAIGHT ANSWERS

Here's how the process works.

How does High Line Credit Repair help?

We take an aggressive, hands-on approach. Our team analyzes negative reporting, disputes issues with supporting grounds, reviews responses, and follows up through additional rounds when warranted.

What negative items can you review?

We aggressively investigate all categories of negative reporting—collections, charge-offs, late payments, repossessions, foreclosures, inquiries, bankruptcies, and eviction-related entries where reported. We challenge entries with inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or other supportable reporting issues.

How quickly can my credit improve?

Our process is built to pursue meaningful results in 30–120 days. We launch supported disputes, evaluate bureau responses, and press forward with additional rounds when issues remain. Your individual reporting circumstances determine the pace.

Do you dispute with all three credit bureaus?

Yes. Our approach is aggressive and persistent: we prepare supported challenges through Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion; evaluate results; and pursue further rounds or appropriate escalation, including CFPB complaint channels where warranted.

What happens once I enroll?

We send secure onboarding instructions, collect identification and proof of address when requested, and enroll you in mandatory High Line credit monitoring. With a complete intake, our goal is to begin report review within 24 hours.

How long does the onboarding take?

Our secure onboarding is designed for about 10–15 minutes when your information is ready. Have identification and a document verifying your address available; you'll also enroll in High Line's mandatory credit monitoring program.

Is credit monitoring required?

Yes. Every High Line client must enroll in and maintain our designated credit monitoring program. An existing subscription with another monitoring service does not replace this requirement.

Should I apply for new credit during the process?

Avoid unnecessary credit applications while we're working on your reports. Each new inquiry or account can affect your credit profile and change your strategy. If you must apply, contact our team first.

Can you remove collections and late payments?

We can review these entries for reporting errors and prepare supported disputes. Whether a particular item changes or is removed depends on the evidence and the investigation.

How will I know what's happening with my case?

Enrolled clients have access to a secure Client Portal with available case information and updates. Ongoing monitoring also helps track changes to your credit profile.

Can I enroll from anywhere in the United States?

High Line welcomes consultation and enrollment inquiries nationwide. Complete the secure form to discuss available service options and next steps.

What services and payment options are available?

We plan monthly and one-time service options. Our team will explain the scope, pricing, and any separate charges for High Line's required monitoring program before enrollment.
