THE HIGH LINE PROCESS

You have the goal. We fight for the progress.

Your onboarding is designed for 10–15 minutes. Once we have your complete information and required High Line monitoring, we take on the work: report analysis, aggressive disputes, and ongoing follow-up.

FROM INTAKE TO UPDATES

Five steps, clearly explained.

You're involved when we need your information or a decision. We handle the credit-report review and organized dispute work.

01

Complete secure enrollment

Share your information, review service options, and complete the documents needed to get started.

02

Verify identity and reports

Provide the requested ID and proof of address when needed. We'll use your authorized credit information to assess reporting concerns.

03

Enroll in required monitoring

Enroll in High Line's required credit monitoring program. Every client must use our designated service throughout the credit repair process.

04

We launch aggressive disputes

We aim to start your initial report review within 24 hours of complete onboarding. We investigate negative entries and prepare supported challenges across the three major bureaus.

05

We keep fighting the next round

We analyze bureau responses and promptly evaluate additional dispute rounds or appropriate escalation when reporting issues are still unresolved. Follow updates in your Client Portal.

THE INVESTIGATION CYCLE

What to expect as disputes move forward.

We aim to see meaningful progress within 30–120 days, depending on the issues involved. Our team reviews investigation responses, identifies what remains, and prepares further challenges when warranted instead of stopping after the first round.

Our team can also use appropriate escalation channels for unresolved problems, including CFPB complaints when the facts support them.

Stay connected to your case

As an enrolled High Line client, you'll have access to a secure Client Portal for the information and updates available for your account.

Enrollment in High Line's designated credit monitoring service is mandatory, and clients must maintain it throughout the service period so reporting changes can be tracked.

BEFORE YOU APPLY FOR MORE CREDIT

Keep your strategy working for you.

We strongly recommend avoiding unnecessary new credit applications while your case is in progress. New inquiries and accounts can affect your credit profile and complicate your strategy. If you need to apply for financing, contact our team before submitting an application.
