HIGH LINE CREDIT REPAIR INFORMATION

Terms of Service

High Line Credit Repair is operated by High Line Global LLC. These terms govern use of this website and online features. A separate signed service agreement governs paid credit repair services.

1. Website and Scope

These terms govern use of our website, general information, consultation forms, and related online features. Paid credit repair services are governed by a separately executed client agreement and applicable disclosures. If these terms differ from your signed agreement for paid services, that agreement and applicable mandatory law control.

2. Our Services

High Line assists clients with reviewing credit reports, identifying potentially inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or inconsistent information, preparing supported disputes, evaluating results, and understanding credit-related subjects. Actual services and deliverables are established in the client's written agreement.

3. Inquiries and Enrollment

We welcome inquiries from across the United States. A website inquiry or consultation does not create a paid client relationship. Before paid services begin, clients must complete the applicable enrollment process, authorizations, disclosures, and written service agreement. Service availability is subject to applicable requirements.

4. Credit Repair Process

We work with available credit report information and client-supplied documentation to evaluate reporting concerns and administer appropriate disputes. Corrections to significant reporting inaccuracies can sometimes lead to meaningful credit score changes in a relatively short period. The effect and timing of changes vary according to the information involved and the overall credit profile.

5. Required Credit Monitoring

Enrollment in and maintenance of High Line's designated credit monitoring service are mandatory for all clients in the credit repair program. Clients must use our designated service throughout the service period; a subscription with another monitoring provider does not meet this requirement. Monitoring helps clients and our team follow credit reporting changes. The designated service may be operated by an independent company under separate terms and charges, which will be explained during enrollment.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate and complete information to the best of their knowledge, respond to reasonable verification and document requests, keep contact information current, safeguard account credentials, and avoid knowingly false or misleading submissions. Fraudulent documents, impersonation, or unauthorized system access are prohibited.

7. Service Plans and Billing

High Line intends to offer monthly service arrangements and one-time service packages. Pricing, specific services, billing schedules, and payment arrangements are established in the applicable client agreement. Billing may be administered through secure third-party systems. Credit repair fees will be collected only as allowed by applicable law and the agreement. Selecting a one-time option does not authorize prohibited advance charges. Separate monitoring subscriptions may have their own billing terms.

8. Cancellation and Termination

Clients retain all cancellation rights established by applicable law. The separate client agreement and required disclosures describe applicable cancellation procedures, deadlines, and financial terms. These website terms do not waive those rights.

9. Client Portal

Authorized clients may access account and case-related information using secure systems linked from our website. Clients must protect credentials and report suspected unauthorized access. Availability and use of hosted account features may be subject to separate technology provider terms.

10. Calls, Email, and Text

When you contact us or request services, we may respond using the contact information you provide, subject to applicable law. Marketing communications are sent only with the consent required by law. Available opt-out methods may be used for promotional communications; essential service notices may continue where permitted.

11. Referral Partners

Professional referral inquiries do not create an agency, employment, or contractual relationship. Referral partners may direct prospective clients to us but do not receive confidential credit reports, identifying information, or case progress solely by virtue of a referral. Formal arrangements are governed by separate terms.

12. Other Service Providers

Independent companies may support website hosting, secure enrollment, monitoring, payments, communications, and other administrative services. Their own terms and privacy policies may apply.

13. Intellectual Property

Our original website content, branding, graphics, and related materials are owned by us or used with authorization. Personal, lawful, noncommercial use of publicly available content is allowed. Unauthorized commercial reproduction or misrepresentation is prohibited.

14. Acceptable Use

You may not compromise website security, attempt unauthorized access, transmit malicious software, submit fraudulent information, or otherwise disrupt website operations. We may take reasonable steps to safeguard users and systems.

15. Availability and Privacy

Website features may be interrupted by maintenance or third-party service issues. Nothing in these terms limits non-waivable rights or remedies. Our separate Privacy Policy explains our information practices.

16. Changes and Governing Law

We may update these website terms with a revised effective date. Updates do not automatically modify signed client agreements. Applicable federal law and, where appropriate, Wyoming law govern interpretation without overriding mandatory rights in other applicable jurisdictions.
